Kerry Hoffman is a versatile Project Manager with 13+ years of experience leading tech migrations, marketing campaigns, B2B events, and Asana infrastructure buildouts.

Her journey began at Colicchio & Sons, a renowned 3-star restaurant in Chelsea, where she orchestrated operations across two separate restaurant floor plans. Pivoting from hospitality to the tech world, Kerry took on Project Management roles at Seamless and later GrubHub, where she drove cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Sales. She cemented her passion for project management by leading a major tech migration for 4,000 corporate clients, safeguarding $250 million in revenue.

A true multi-tasker with a love for fitness, Kerry joined ClassPass as Head of Global Project Management & Operations. There, she launched ClassPass in Montreal, managed large-scale marketing campaigns, produced photoshoots and events, and ran point on all brand partnership initiatives. When ClassPass was acquired by Mindbody, Kerry managed key integration efforts, including a robust communication channel audit and a proposal for streamlined digital migration efforts.

In 2022, Kerry became the Director of Project Management at Sendoso, the leading B2B gifting platform, where she streamlined cross-functional initiatives, including major marketing campaigns, product launches, and events like Dreamforce, Salesforce’s largest annual conference. After a memorable holiday in Australia, Kerry faced a tech layoff at the start of 2023, which opened the door to a new opportunity in full-time freelance.

Today, Kerry leads her own consulting practice, So Very Kerry, offering project management expertise for mergers & acquisitions, rebrands, website overhauls, and short-term initiatives requiring seasoned leadership. As a certified Asana Consultant, Ambassador, and Expert, she also supports teams in transforming their project workflows, implementing efficient systems, and training staff in optimized processes.

Kerry holds a degree from Holy Cross, where she served two terms as Co-Chair of the Student Government Association, and a law degree from Cardozo School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Journal of Law & Gender. This diverse foundation in writing, leadership, and organizational strategy empowers her to navigate and align multiple workstreams across company departments with ease. Driven to chart new frontiers, Kerry is an expert at bringing order to chaos.
